1. Ingredients: Tick the check box (Yes/No) of ingredients you want/don't want in your recipe, appears on left side of search page.
2. Time to cook: Click on the time link in which you want to make your recipe ready.
3. Calories: How much calories you want in your recipe. Select your preferred cal from the list.
